Monday, 23April: 1 mile w/u 6miles of alternating quarters at 6:20 pace and 5:20 pace cool down to run out the hour for a total of 9.13 miles.
Tuesday, 24April: 1 mile w/u 2 mile c/d and 4 miles alternating half miles at 6:30 and 5:30 pace for a total of 7 miles.
Wednesday, 25April: 1 hour at 7:30 pace total of 8 miles.
Thursday, 26April: 1 mile w/u and ½ mile c/d 4 miles of ¼ at 6:40 pace and ¾ at 5:40 pace and then 4 miles of ½ miles at 6:40 pace and ½ miles at 5:40, 5:32, 5:26, and 5:20 pace for a total of 9.51 miles.
Friday, 27April: 8 miles at 7:30 pace for 1 hour.
Saturday, 28April: 0
Sunday, 29April: 20 miles at 7:30 pace for 2 ½ hours total, felt extremely easy.
